openevoting.org releases first draft of openevoting specifications which enables every internet user to become an election observer.
openevoting.org – an initiative for a fully transparent evoting – starts with an invitation to the community to develop its own tools for voting, encryption, decryption, validation and counting, result publication and even the voting protocol.
Therefore we will provide an open source code base for developers but also tools for end user.
